segNET's normal engineering maintenance windows are
scheduled on Wednesday and Sunday nights between the hours of 11:00
P.M. until 2:00 A.M. Any network as large and complex as segNET's
requires periodic upgrades, tuning and other regular maintenance
activities. We realize the importance of the mission-critical connectivity
services which we provide our customers, and therefore do all of
our planned maintenance work off-hours, during these scheduled maintenance
windows. Regularly scheduled maintenance windows allow us to make
the changes and improvements on our core network that make it possible
for us to maintain one of the best uptime percentages in the industry.
These regularly scheduled maintenance windows should have little
noticeable impact on your organization or its ability to access
the network for any significant amount of time, although brief disruptions
in service, or slight degradation of service may occur for short
periods of time throughout these maintenance windows. If any work
that would result in a prolonged disruption of service during a
maintenance window, you would be notified in advance.
